因新冠疫情暫停三年的「廣達國際文化大使」活動，今年重新啟動，主辦單位廣達文教基金會特邀輔仁大學外語學院共同主辦，在外籍學生陸續恢復來台期間，共徵選來自德、日、波蘭、俄羅斯、祕魯五個國家五位學生，進入中小學校園，與師生進行深度交流。
